Such as: shims, sheet metal details, CNC machined and routed components, small structural and mechanical assemblies, and stamped parts.  Experience doing business with Aerospace and Defense Companies is a must.  This position requires previous experience in manufacturing engineering, operations, and continuous improvement. Effective communication skills, analytical thinking, capable of analyzing large amounts of data utilizing excel and other tools. Experience calculating cell capacity, efficiency, line balancing and establish daily, weekly, and monthly operational strategies to deliver budget is required. This position will work closely with inside sales, estimating, engineering, supply chain and project management teams.
