Summary:
Customer Service Representative â This role is responsible for managing day to day execution of strategic Aerospace accounts by supporting new part introduction, on-time execution, delivery and overall performance of new and existing awards. This role works closely with Operations to develop and sustain a Program/Account Management Process. The main point of contact for the designated customers and is responsible to ensure progress and provide daily updates on new and existing awards. Works closely with Business Development, Engineering, Estimators and Operations to present new proposals, recommend pricing, prepare industrialization plans and execute contracts.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Maintain Customer Portals and utilize EDI Systems to retrieve information and submit account information.
Requirements: Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful job performance will be considered. Typical qualifications would be:
· Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
· High Energy, self-motivated, self-started, team player and willingness to learn.
· Must have strong interpersonal skills working with internal and external customers.
· Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to perform price comparisons that include percentage differences.
· Preferred: Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 3 years to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
