Summary:Customer Service Representative – This role is responsible for managing day to day execution of strategic Aerospace accounts by supporting new part introduction, on-time execution, delivery and overall performance of new and existing awards. This role works closely with Operations to develop and sustain a Program/Account Management Process. The main point of contact for the designated customers and is responsible to ensure progress and provide daily updates on new and existing awards.
