Main Duties and Responsibilities:Facilitate coordination between cross-functional teams at the direction of the Supply Chain Manager and Program ManagersAssists with work transfers and development of industrialization plansSupport project charts/critical path, line of balance, recovery plans, customer updates, progress and tasks reportsContract review and risk mitigation for existing and new awardsMaintain Customer Portals and utilize EDI Systems to retrieve information and submit account informationAssists with customer’s questionnaires and surveys on-time for designated accounts Identify opportunities and/or participate in continuous improvement activities Requirements: Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful job performance will be considered. Willing to "touch" parts to ensure execution.Must have time management skills and the ability to organize and optimize work.Experience in some form of project or program management, customer service, production control or account management desired.+1 year of experience preparing status updates, line of balance reports, progress updates and basic industrialization plans desired.BS/BA from an accredited institution or +3 years of progressive experience and proved accomplishments in the aerospace industry servicing major OEM customersAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals; ability to perform price comparisons that include percentage differences.Must have good listening skills and the ability to be mindful and attentive to the feedback from customers.Must be able, capable and willing to troubleshoot and do problem solving to improve customer experience.Experience with an order entry software system.Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
